Terms of Use

Your words remain yours

You retain ownership of the original words you submit. For an approved public light, you grant NeuroVerse Works a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, format, moderate, preserve, and make the light discoverable within The Human Constellation. This license ends when the light is deleted, subject to reasonable backup periods and legal obligations.

Your responsibility

You must be at least 13 years old and may submit only content you have the right to share. Do not submit unlawful content, private information, targeted harassment, threats, impersonation, spam, advertising, or material that exploits another person’s pain.

Human moderation

New public lights remain unpublished until a human Keeper reviews them. We may decline publication, quarantine a reported light, restore it, keep it unpublished, or remove it when reasonably necessary to protect people, comply with law, preserve the experience, or enforce the Dignity Guidelines. Approval is not guaranteed.

No professional advice

The Human Constellation is a cultural and reflective experience. It is not medical care, therapy, crisis support, legal advice, or financial advice.

Star Keys

Your Star Key is the only access credential for your light. We cannot recover a lost key. You are responsible for keeping it private. Anyone with the key may access or delete the connected light.

Availability

We work to preserve the sky, but no online service can promise uninterrupted or perpetual availability. Features may change to improve safety, accessibility, reliability, or stewardship.
